Four versions are available. One is written for candidates and one for hiring managers. Recruiting or People teams have their own version. Advisors have one too. Each version uses 12 questions to review one current hiring process. The printable package supports individual and small-group reviews.

Delivery
The interactive tool and printable ZIP are available immediately from West of Obvious. After store activation, Lemon Squeezy will deliver the same ZIP through a free checkout.
Permitted use
Use it for your own job search or inside one company. Share the original West of Obvious link. Paid client use, resale, redistribution and removal of attribution require written permission.

Payment One time
This edition turns the public Hiring Integrity standards into editable records, worksheets and implementation guidance for the people responsible for a hiring process. Payment will remain disabled until the full package is complete and tested.

The versioned ZIP will contain accessible PDF guidance, editable DOCX files, Excel workbooks, fictional completed examples, a file manifest, a license and an accessibility statement. It will not contain legal advice, custom work, a live workshop or a subscription.

Each license receives the same first-edition files. The price changes with the permitted use.

Delivery
Lemon Squeezy will provide the ZIP download and receipt as soon as payment is complete. Delivery will not require manual work by West of Obvious.
Support and updates
Purchase will include help with download problems and corrections to the purchased edition. It will not promise future major editions, consulting, customization or training.
